Element.update("comments_1499", "The shop's customer service was outstanding - they fully explained the issues my car had and their efforts to correct them. I would give them 5 stars for quality but the technician forgot a couple of minor things so I had to return for them to be corrected. They were happy to accomodate me for these things and of course didn't charge me for their mistakes. The price for any vehicle service of course seems astronomical but their shop didn't appear to be any worse than anywhere else. ");
